How to create an accomplishment Report?

1. From the CMMS dashboard click Work Order Corrective. See Figure below.

2. If the Work Order you are looking for is in the grid no need to Refresh. To Refresh, check for date from and to and click Refresh button. Date from and to must be the range of the date the corrective maintenance schedule date, otherwise you cannot view the Work Order, then click Refresh button. Highlight the Work Order and click Labor/Materials Used in panel tab.

3. You will notice that in the Labor/Materials Used tab it is the same in the breakdown report in the Labor/Materials Needed tab. Now you can encode the actual materials and costs. You can also add a materials here.

4. After editing the actual materials and costs, click CM Task-Done Status tab.

5. If any additional task done you can edit the Task Description or you can add a task by clicking Add Task button. Select a Done Status.

6. Select a Date Done.

7. Enter a Remark in Remark if any abnormality only column, then click Image tab.

8. Click 3.Upload Image After button.

9. Click Browse button.

10. Locate and select image and click Open button.

11. Then click Submit Picture button.

11. For 4.Upload Image After. Please click this button anf follow Procedure 9 to 11.

12. Image 3 and Image 4 has been uploaded.

13. In the Print pulldown menu click Accomplishment Report.

14. Click Print Work Order button.
